With increase demand/expectations from the mass plus growth in innovations, ideas and technology, Cadbury Joy Deliveries decided to do something different for their consumers / fans.

Cadbury Joy Deliveries launched an online personalized giQing service, that can add message, photograph and people's names to the sleeve / carton and create a wonderful experience to both the giQer and the giQee.

Trigon regularly executes this with our specialized Variable Data Printing technology. We have also partnered to print bulk orders of the pre-defined All SKU’s (giQ hampers) as an when Occasions are nearing.

ProcessTrigon has a set of print template files for each of the Sleeve SKU and cartons.Once the consumer has placed the order, the website partner drops the database on our Drive on defined 3 days of the week.

Trigon dispatches the sleeves to the warehouse who then tracks the unique order ID that’s printed and wraps it on the respective hamper and couriers it to consumer.
