1. The Get-Away Vacation is a 4 night All Inclusive Cancun Vacation for two adults and two children (age 12 and under) and a $100 Airfare Credit Voucher ($50 per adult airfare). Food and domestic drinks are included.

2. The package does not include taxes, gratuities, transportation, or service charges.

3. Resort Taxes and Booking Fees of $149.00 USD per adult are due at the time of booking and can be paid by Visa or Mastercard.

4. Your completed registration form must be sent to the address on the registration form along with a money order or check for your non-refundable $40 USD registration fee. Only original and completely filled out registration forms will be accepted.

5. Once your registration form is received, you will be sent travel correspondence to finalize your booking.

6. Your desired travel date is subject to availability at the time of booking. Peak travel periods may require a surcharge. Travel dates are year round (excluding major holidays). Travel must be completed before the expiration date on the registration form except where prohibited by law.

7. Only one certificate per family, per year can be used. If two or more certificates are submitted, the additional certificates will be deemed void an unusable. Married couples must travel together. This package cannot be used with any other travel promotions.

8. Travelers must be at least 25 years old and have a valid Mastercard, Visa or American Express in order to check into hotel.

9. Once confirmed, hotel reservations cannot be changed, refunded or transferred.

10. This gift certificate must be authorized and paid in full by the merchant from whom you received it in order for the Travel America Vacations to book your vacation.

11. This package is not valid for use with group travel. Group travel is defined as more than one family travelling or meeting at the same destination on the same travel date.

12. This package is non transferable, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, nor shall any rebates, refunds or credits be issued for any unused time, days or space.

13. This package is not valid for employees or relatives of the participating merchant.

14. Travel America Vacations does not assume any liability or responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or any expenses arising out of personal injury, accident or death, lost, damaged or delay of luggage or any other property, delay or inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment or any other acts of God, terrorism, or any circumstances beyond our control which may cause the hotel to become unavailable.
