Williams Corporate Safety Process Our Corporate Safety Process is based upon the following key components:

Commitment: Our commitment to safety starts with the President and is expected from all levels of management and

craftsmen. Management and supervision are held accountable for and evaluated based on safety performance.

Prevention: Our management is trained in accident prevention techniques and safety leadership skills. Task Safety Evaluations

(TSEs) are used on all projects as a planning tool to identify and address hazards in each work process. We also conduct mandatory

weekly “Tool Box” meetings to cover other pertinent site safety issues.

Adherence: We will work under the most stringent of either our own corporate safety policies and philosophies or those

provided by the client.

Assurance: Site safety inspections are conducted daily. In addition, we insure the safety process implementation by auditing

100% of its work force annually.

Investigation: Safety incidents are thoroughly investigated through our company’s corporate safety department personnel to

determine root cause, appropriate corrective measures and disciplinary action if and when appropriate.

Corrective Measures: Thorough and prompt review and documentation of safety incidents is conducted uniformly between

sites. Safety alerts are issued throughout the company to prevent repetition.

Williams Plant Services, LLC

Williams Plant Services operates under the auspices of the parent company, Williams Industrial

Services Group, LLC providing general plant maintenance, modification, small capital construction,

and a myriad of other services for a wide array of heavy industrial clients.

Over the past fifty years we have developed strong and enduring relationships with clients in the

power generation, pulp & paper, chemical and refining industries executing multi-plant, multidiscipline

programs and projects with heavy emphasis on performance based, fee-at-risk contractual formats

which have repeatedly proven beneficial to all parties.

Williams Specialty Services, LLC

Williams Specialty Services has performed some of the largest construction

and maintenance coatings application projects performed in the U.S. since

1985 and has improved the materiel condition of numerous nuclear and fossil

power generation facilities.

Williams Industrial Services, LLC

Williams Industrial Services is an Open-Shop Firm and as such, is not signatory to any union

labor agreements. Instead of relying upon “union bench” capacity, WIS draws qualified and proven

craft labor and lower level supervision from a well established manpower pool comprised of safe,

proven and productive individuals who have been previously employed by WIS on multiple projects.

The viability and sustainability of this labor pool is highly dependent upon two closely related

factors; first is the loyalty that each of our permanent superintendents and project managers

engenders with craft personnel. Secondly, the ability of WIS to support and enhance the entire

work force, and thus further strengthen the craft loyalty by practicing fair and equitable management

principles.

Global Valve Services

This division of Williams is a valve services company with MOV, AOV, and general valve (flange

to flange) capability in maintenance, engineering, and testing services. Global Valve Services

has the project management, supervision, engineering as well as the local union relationships

and a database of non-union personnel to perform work in an integrated (managed task) or staff

augmentation approach.

Construction and Maintenance Professionals, LLC Our recruiting team provides services beyond posting job

positions for companies in need.

Candidates are evaluated and paired to match our clients

needs. This selection process is an extensive one in

which candidates are fully screened based on their work

history, experience, education, training and knowledge of

specific job-related tasks.

In addition, our screening process involves thorough

reference and background checking to accurately assess

risk or potential liability. This detailed process protects

Williams, our clients and the candidate from the impact of

a potential mismatch for the position.

Williams understands that each position presents its own

set of unique challenges. Therefore, project specific

requirements and challenges are communicated to our

candidates upfront. By assuring a shared understanding

of the role and expectations, the new hire’s effectiveness

and performance is enhanced from day one.
