The expansion has consolidated Clive Watkin Lettings’ position as a leader in the local lettings market, as Tim explained: “We have already seen record levels of lets from our Neston office within three months of opening, and business has increased in our Heswall office.” The company now has more than 20 staff dedicated purely to lettings and property management, operating from four lettings offices with the support of eight high street sales offices. The team at the new Neston office includes lettings negotiator Vanessa Joslin, property manager Peter Ashworth and lettings manager Debbie Thomas, who has rejoined the company after successfully running her own lettings business for five years.
