stepbystepChains[1] Open half of the jump rings (Online Basics). The remaining half will be opened or closed as needed.[2] Slide an open jump ring through a closed jump ring, and close it. Repeat, attaching each new open jump ring to a closed jump ring and the previous jump ring, to make a one-in-one chain that is 6½ in. (16.5 cm) long, or the desired length minus 1⁄2 in. (1.3 cm) for the clasp. Repeat to make a second chain (photo a).[3] Connect the two chains by sliding an open jump ring through the fifth jump ring from the end on each chain. Close the jump ring. Continue to join the chains at intervals of every three to five jump rings (photo b).[4] Open an end jump ring on one chain, attach half of the clasp, and close the jump ring. Repeat with the other chain (photo c). [5] Repeat step 4 at the other end.

Fringe[1] Slide an open jump ring through the second jump ring from the end of one chain, and close it.[2] Slide a second open jump ring through the other side of the same jump ring in the chain. There will now be two fringe jump rings dangling from the chain (photo d). Repeat on the second chain.[3] Continue adding fringe jump rings to each ring in both chains, except the last jump ring in each chain.

Embellishment[1] On a head pin, string a bead, and make a wrapped loop (Online Basics). Repeat to make as many dangles as desired (photo e).[2] Open a fringe jump ring on the bracelet, attach a dangle, and close the jump ring (photo f). Repeat to attach the rest of the dangles. w
