The Case

• In an ISO TS Audit, The Auditor found two malfunctioning LEDs.

• Auditor Found No Documentation nor maintenance request available.

• It was clear then, the Test-Operator didn’t report the Breakdown, and the Technical Service can’t know by his own

• But What’s the Root Cause ?!



The CaseOperator have to record the BD at the Equipment BD log in the Segmental TS workshop.

- Test Operators thinks Recording the BD “may” take a long time.

- So if it is not affecting the Production –like Dead LEDs- Operator will not report the BD.

• Smart Power Socket.

• Surveillance System (Motion detection). Even Face Detection could do..

• IOT Could even Read/Control Offices and Production Areas Temperature(s) depending on City’s Weather ..

• We Call it “RPi Weather Station Project” ..
