6Empty Cart Error- If a user has something in his cart and he selects any of the exchange options on this page, an errormessage will be shown:

Error #4.5.2: You have some items in your shopping cart. We cannot process your order unlessyour cart is empty. Please return to your cart to empty it or check out.

- Error messages will be assigned a code and the code will display at the beginning of each message,to facilitate customer service calls.
