The arena at Black River is large, bright and inviting, with excellent sand/fabric footing and great show jumps. The riding area is 100’ X 250’ with an attached viewing area and a holding area in which to be with horses at ringside. From the North: Rt 287 South toward Somerville. Take exit #17 onto Rt. 202 South towards Somerville/Flemington. Go 19.4 miles. Make a right at light onto Old York Rd/179S. Follow 179S 1.1 miles and turn right onto Boss Rd. Go 0.2 miles to Black River Farm From the South: Rt 295 North toward Trenton. Rt. 295 North becomes Rt. 95 South. Take exit #4 to Rt. 31 North. Bear right onto Pennington Rd (Rt. 31N) toward Pennington. Continue on Rt. 31N for approx. 10.5 miles. Before the overpass, bear right onto Rt 202/31 towards Flemington. Follow signs for 202S and exit to the right, then turn left onto Wertsville Rd and cross back over Rt 202. Stay straight until “T” and make a left onto Rt. 579S. Bear right onto 179S, make the first right onto Boss Rd to the farm on the right.
STABLING
Call to reserve stalls at any location: (908)-534-8833 Permanent stabling will be offered. Stalls are 10' X 10' minimum, in a permanent barns, with doors, under permanent roof. Call Katie Benson at (908)-534-8833 for stabling reservations. Bedding must be used in occupied stalls. Bedding is available for purchase. No screws or nails may be used, and all staples must be removed before departure. Stall fees apply to tack, equipment and grooming stalls used. Manure is to be taken to designated areas only. Bedding requests must be made in advance. Layover stabling is available. FULL SHOW: $100.00 DAY STALLS: $35.00 for the daytime hours while showing OVERNIGHT: $85.00

The arena at Duncraven Stables is top-notch with newly installed felt/sand and great show jumps. The riding area is 90’X 270’ with an attached upstairs office and heated lounge to allow for viewing of the competition, and a holding area in which to be with horses at ringside. From the North: Take Rt. 202S to Rt. 31S in Flemington. Follow Rt. 31S to the second traffic light. Turn right onto 518W (new Hopewell Community Bank on left). Go past one blinking light and turn left at next light onto Rt. 579S (Bear Tavern Rd) Duncraven is 2 miles on the left. From PA and South: Rt. 95N to exit 3 (Scotch Rd). Take a left at light. Go straight through two lights. At the third light turn left on Washington Crossing Rd. At first traffic light turn right onto Rt. 579 (Bear Tavern Rd). Duncraven is 2 miles on the left.

The arena at Worcester is HEATED!!! The footing is a sand mixture, refurbished in December. The performance area is approximately 220' X 90' with a walk-around for spectators and an ingate holding area for horses and riders. A large comfortable 40' X 100' lounge attached to the ring has many creature comforts! Stabling is also HEATED! From North West NJ: Take Rt. 202 South, turn right onto Rt. 73 West, turn left onto Berks road to end, turn left to the farm on the left From King of Prussia: Take 422 West to the Trooper/Audubon exit, follow to the Germantown Pike turn right, next light Potshop Road turn left, follow to end, turn left and then a quick right to the farm on the right From Central/South NJ and PA Tnpk: Exit #333 for Norristown, follow signs for Plymouth Rd., left at light, go 300 yds to make right onto Germantown Pike West, follow to intersection of Rt. 202 THEN start counting nine more lights to make a right onto Potshop Rd., follow to end, make left and quick right to the farm on the right
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Pre-entries can be made by mail, phone, fax or email. Post entries will be accepted at $25.00 per horse. All walk-ins will be charged the post entry fee of $25.00. 2. Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rule book will be conducted and judged in accordance herewith. 3. All hunter classes will be judged on performance & soundness with emphasis on soundness & manners unless otherwise noted. 4. The All Seasons Horse Show, the Show Management, Briarwood Farms, Inc., Katharine Benson, Worcester Stables, Milestone Group, the Horse Show Committee or property owners will not be responsible for any accident, loss or damage which may occur to any horse, rider or equipment before, during or after the show. 5. Should any question arise that is not covered in the USEF Rule book the same shall be referenced to the Show Committee whose decision shall be final. 6. Failure to enter the ring within three minutes of being called will incur elimination. 7. All fees must be paid and entry complete before numbers can be issued. 8. The Committee reserves the right to cancel, combine, change location or add any class(es) or schooling deemed necessary. 9. Ties for first place will be jumped off, all others will remain tied receiving equal points, ribbons and prizemoney. 10. All riders must wear proper attire including proper headgear at all times mounted on the showgrounds. 11. All Model Classes will be given half points towards the Championship of the division, and all other classes of the division will receive full points. Prizemoney and Championships will be awarded at the conclusion of the division at the show office. 12. All pets must be leashed. 13. It is a condition of entry to the showgrounds that these rules and regulations be read, understood and accepted. 14. Jump orders will be constructed at the discretion of the show management by the steward. 15. A processing fee of $40.00 will be made for all non-negotiable checks. Any returned checks not "made good" within 10 days will be forwarded to the USEF for collection per USEF Rules. 16. ATTN EXHIBITORS: Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind including, but no limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooter, or farm utility vehicles on the competition grounds of recognized competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they care accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The parent(s), legal guardian(s), or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for sanctions against the parent(s), guardian(s) and/or trainer(s) who are responsible for the child committing the offense. Penalties may include exclusion of the child, parent(s), guardian(s), and/or trainer(s) from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and charges being filed against any of the above individuals in accordance with Rule 6. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. 17. Should the veterinarian on call be needed to complete permanent measurement of horses or ponies, then the appointed time for said measurements will be 10:00 a.m. on the first weekend day of the show. ALL ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE VETERINARIAN FOR MEASUREMENTS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE THROUGH SHOW MANAGEMENT BY THE TWEDNESDAY PRECEDING THE COMPETITION. All trainers, owners, exhibitors, or their agents are to properly dispose of needles or other sharp disposable instruments in the available sharps containers or be subject to a $100 fine.
ATTENTION EVERYONE! If there are six or less horses entered in any section of a division offering prizemoney,
a surcharge of $50.00 per horse will apply. Any horse schooled that does not show will be charged a $50.00 schooling fee. There will be a $25.00 Grounds Fee charged on each entry
which includes all schooling fees.

PRE-GREEN HUNTER DIVISION A Pre-Green Hunter is a horse of any age in his first or second year of showing over 3' or 3'3" fences that has never competed over fences 3'6" or higher. A horse's Pre-Green status is not affected by showing as a three year-old. Classes may be divided by height section 3' and 3'3". You may not show in both height sections at the same competition. PRE-CHILDREN’S DIVISIONS Open to junior riders who are still eligible as Limit Equitation Riders. Riders may not cross-enter into the Children’s Hunter or the Pony Hunter or any class where the fences exceed 2’9”. The divisions will be split as entries warrant, with a minimum of four in each section to split. Fences 2' for ponies, 2'6" for horses.
LOW ADULT HUNTER DIVISION Open to horses and ponies ridden by adult riders who are considered amateurs according to USEF rules. HUNTER CLASSIC RULES & GUIDELINES The Classics for our "A" Divisions will be run as separate classes from the division, as "stand alone" classics, and will be run after the last class over fences each day of the competition. The Classics for our "C" Divisions will be run with the first round of the classic being the second over fences round of the division. The top twelve horses will return for a second round. Entry into a Classic must be made before the start of the division. There must be 12 entries before the class begins for a Classic to run. No scratches from a Classic will be allowed once the division begins.
Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at
Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Preliminary Level or above and Com-
bined Driving Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Compe-
titions and Endurance Rides provided the respective breed/discipline dues or breed/discipline
category fee has been paid. A nonmember may participate as a handler, rider, driver, owner,
lessee, agent, coach or trainer at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage
Competitions, Reining Competitions and Combined Driving Competitions upon payment of
a $30 Show Pass. Participants in the following classes are exempted from the Requirements
of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibitions; 3) games and races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5)
walk trot and academy classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly
in a lesson program); 6) USDF introductory level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7)
NRHA Endorsed Reining Competitions; 8) Opportunity classes; 9) citizens of other nations
who have proof, in English, of current membership in good standing of their own National
Federation, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant handlers in Dressage Sport
Horse Breeding classes.
