As we all know getting in shape/

working out is hard! The TR Staff would like to challenge each of you this quar-ter by coming to the center to walk or play bas-

ketball. Each time you come in and walk/play for 30 minutes, we will enter your name into a draw-

ing for a special prize at the end of the quarter! The more you exercise–the more chances

you have to win!

We have a full team ready to go to Boone, NC to bring home the Gold. Please remember them as we are trav-

eling and coming down the slopes. We are so proud of all of our Athletes who participate.

We are also incredibly proud to announce

that our athlete Joel Evans, will be com-peting in World Games 2021 in Sweden

for skiing!!

We will be

doing our Annual Circle of Friends Lock-In with an awesome

Leap Year Theme.

Please make sure you bring $3, a snack and drink to share.

If you are planning on sleeping, bring a

sleeping bag, and pillow. We will eat around 8pm

and snack the rest of the night. We will do scaven-ger hunts, play games and
