Winning Strategies to Meet Employer Demand A Regional Approach to Demand-Driven Work
Skills for Chicagoland’s Future is an independent 501(c)3 organization working to match businesses that have current, unmet hiring needs with qualified, unemployed or underemployed job seekers.
Skills for America’s Future is a policy initiative of the Aspen Institute that is working to strengthen and increase partnerships between employers and community colleges to provide workers with the training they need for today’s labor market.
Skills for America’s Future partnered with Skills for Chicagoland’s Future to lift up promising practices and create opportunities for other organizations to learn from SCF’s on-the-ground experience of operating a demand-driven intermediary.
