We are thrilled to be hosting Matt Thomson of Saint Clair Family Estate for a special Winemaker’s
dinner & tasting
Saint Clair is one of the top 100 wineries in the world.The family are dedicated to creating award
winning wines, which has resulted in over 100 trophies in the last 11 years.
Chief Winemaker, Matt Thomson is passionate about Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and will be exploring the
region in depth with the Pioneer Block range, which focuses on carefully selected parcels and single
vineyard sites.These wines are individual and unique – aromatic, elegant and wonderfully delicious.
The winery also produces outstanding Chardonnay, Pinot Gris Rosé, Pinot Noir, Merlot and some late harvested
dessert Riesling
We will be liaising directly with the onsite restaurant chef to produce a three course dinner to match the
wines shown on the evening
