extensive range of some of the finest labels from across the globe. Our wine list is made up of more than 400 wines and Champagnes carefully hand-picked to provide an exceptional choice to

our guests.

It begins with our team continuously developing their knowledge and sourcing wine estates that use artisan wine production methods to reflect the regional grape varieties and their unique

properties.

We select only the most passionate of wine makers as the production of these wines demands the highest levels of attention and expertise. We are proud to be able to share these outstanding wines with you and love to have the opportunity to introduce our guests to something new. Our wines are stored in temperature controlled fridges to enable us to serve them in the perfect condition

and at the ideal temperature.

Our wide selection of wines-by-the-glass is changed quarterly so that we can provide an interesting range of wines for all of our guests to enjoy. We aim to give everyone the chance to try

premium wines by the glass.

Throughout the year, our wine program will offer a series of tastings hosted by the wine producers themselves and guided dinners providing delicious fare and education to our guests. In addition, every Wednesday, we offer several unique wines by the glass that are usually only available by the

bottle. These events are a unique opportunity to taste some highly acclaimed and rare wines.

AUSTRIA Austria is the home of Gruner Veltiner which is considered the widest planted variety. GRAVES AND PESSAC-LÉOGNANThis area of the Graves is located just south of the city of Bordeaux. SAINT-ESTÈPHE Saint-Estèphe is the northernmost region. The soil of St-Estèphe is a heavy composite of clay washed from the Gironde. MARGAUX Margaux is the most southern of Médoc’s regions and is famous for producing well-rounded, gently perfumed wines, predominantly from Cabernet-Sauvignon.
