DOUBLE GLAZINGDouble glazing is the most popular form of glazing, offering high levels of thermal and acoustic insulation. It’s made up of two panes of energy efficient toughened glass, with a layer of argon gas sandwiched between. They form a highly efficient barrier against cold air.

Take a three-bedroom semi-detached home and replace the windows with A-rated double-glazing and you could expect to save anywhere between £90 and £120 a year on your heating bill.

TRIPLE GLAZINGTriple glazing takes that thermal performance even further – incorporating three panes of glass, not just two, and two layers of argon gas.
