Welcome to the first ever Window Cleaners Census. This is a special edition brought to you by Window Cleaning Business Owner Magazine, Window Cleaning Resource and IPC.

In August 2012 we surveyed 1,000 window cleaners and asked them 100 questions. Some of the answers are what you would expect, and some you will most likely find sur-prising. The questions are broken down into 8 categories that you can see on the right.

Running my window cleaning business over the past 12 years I always wished there was more data available for bench marking purposes.

Because our industry is so small data like this was impossible to come by. No matter what stage of your business you are cur-

rently in, I think you will find this special edition interesting and useful in your window cleaning business.
