The works have been divided into 3 components/lots:
§ Lot 1: Engineering, procurement, supply and construction of the 15(fifteen) Wind Energy Converters of the 3MW platform, with the samerated unit power (in range 3,0 MW – 3,2 MW), including theirfoundations and all relevant civil works, electrical works, and WECcontrol system, including a 5 to 15 year maintenance contract from thestart of commercial operation.
§ Lot 2: Engineering, procurement, supply and construction of a 30/110kV substation, the 30kV cabling and fiber optical network andearthing network between WECs and Substation, including all relevantcivil works, electrical works and Substation control system.
§ Lot 3: Construction of the wind farm internal roads and craneplatforms.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION (3)Roads
q The existing access roads to the Podveležje plateau will be used forthe transport of the major equipment, construction materials and themachinery, also for the purposes of installation and maintenance of thewind turbines during operation phase. The reconstruction of theexisting local road up to the entrance to the project area is foreseen inorder to enable undisturbed transport of the main equipment (WEC).
q Wind Turbine T13 will not be built, since the Investor gave up itsconstruction and consequently part of internal access road betweenWT T12 and WT T15 will not be constructed.

q Bosnia and Herzegovina Mine Action Centre (BH MAC) issued letter inJune 2014 with confirmation that the Project site, in accordance withEmployer’s request, is outside of any defined suspicious areas andthat risk of mines is not expected.
q Ministry of Communication and Transport, Directorate of Civil Aviationhas granted a Permission in July 2014 to construct the Podveležjewind power plant.

PERMITTING STATUSThe following relevant consents and permits have been issued byauthorities up to date:
§ Final Urban planning consent issued by the Ministry of Construction and PhysicalPlanning of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton;
§ General building permit: approval for construction of complex structure for windfarm Podveležje issued by the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning ofHerzegovina-Neretva Canton;
§ Final Environmental permit issued by the Federal ministry of environment andtourism;
§ Building Permit for internal access roads and crane platforms issued by theMinistry of Construction and Physical Planning of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton;
§ Building Permit for Substation 30/110 kV issued by the Ministry of Constructionand Physical Planning of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.
§ Energy Permit for Podveležje Wind Farm issued by the Federal Ministry forEnergy, Mining and Industry.

§ Located in the center of theHerzegovina-Neretva Canton ofFBiH, ca. 10 km east fromMostar town
§ Podveležje plateau, ischaracterized by carbonatecomposition
§ Paleocene and karst sediments,as well as fragmentary Neocenesediments and quaternarycreations
§ Typically karst terrains§ No streams which carry water
during the whole year§ Biggest water wells - Jelovčev
well and Vrbovica§ Continetal climate

§ Nature park Hutovo blato - 30 kmsouth from the Podveležje plateau
§ Scarce vegetation§ Snakes (Vipera berus), lizards,
rabbits (Leporidae), wildfowls(Gallus gallus), mountain par-tridges (Alectoris graeca), quails(Phasianidae)
§ 85 species of birds were recordedin WF area
§ Most of recorded species have thethreat status of least concern (LC)in Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH).
§ 15 raptors species and 14 batspecies recorded
§ Ethnographic complex: Dobrč,Gornje Gnojnice, Podvelež,Banjdol, Kružanj and Kokorina
§ Estimated population - 1050people who are located in 13villages.
§ The main occupation of theresidents is agriculture, aproposlivestock, done in the traditionalway.
§ Six villages next to the WindFarm: Dobrč, Usamljena kuća -Okolište, Gnojnice Gornje,Gornje Opine, Okolište andŠipovac.

Within the area of the Wind Park a few fortifications exist but no furtherinformation with respect to their status is currently available. It is known that theyhave a certain cultural value.
