- Proven or demonstrated organizing ability- Skilled at working with and managing teams of people- Trustworthy (trusted by candidate, campaign)- Shares candidate’s political and organizational vision

Treasurer: Requisite Qualifications/Skills/Duties:- Detailed-oriented person (ideally with some type of accounting background).- Responsible for tracking and reporting/filing all campaign finances
(contributions and expenditures)
Note: Complexity of Campaign Finance“Since campaign financing procedures are somewhat different from those used in the business world, someone with previous campaign finance experience will provide a significant advantage.”

Fundraising Director:Requisite Qualifications/Skills/Duties:- Responsible for coordinating all campaign fundraising activities, including:
- Design (write scripts) and manage the candidate’s fundraising plan and schedule
- Design and oversee all campaign fundraising appeals- phone calls- email requests

Volunteer Coordinator:Requisite Qualifications/Skills/Duties:- Responsible for:
- recruiting- training - scheduling - motivating volunteers.

Scheduler:Requisite Qualifications/Skills/Duties:- Prior administrative experience- Responsible for managing the candidate’s time and schedule.
