Lessons to be Learned
Recession is a high opportunity period. Money’s available, People are available, All are ready to take risks.
Manage the ecosystem rather than the client or the capital. Expand vision and scope to the big picture. Fuel the ecosystem rather than private interest.
Split the need and the feed. There’s offer and demand. You cannot represent both.
Split the vision and the support. Avoid conflict of interest.
