At the timethe grant is awarded, a group of accounts is set up to capturethe revenues and expenditures. Once the money is spent, thegrant accountant tracks the grant and reports to the variousagencies on a quarterly basis. This is a coordinated effortbetween the various departments. At year end, all the grantsare audited by external auditors for compliance. A copy of theaudit is available upon request.
