May 2017 - June 2017 - Williams/Transco/ Atlantic SunriseFlow Reversal Project at Station 170 in VA. Utility/EnvironmentalInspector.

>January 2016 - October 2016 - EQT Mid-Stream - ChiefInspector during the site build, mechanical build and start-up ofthe Plasma Compressor Station in Clarington, OH. This stationwas outfitted with two Solar Taurus T70 turbines.>June 2015 - Dec. 2015 - Chief Inspector - Planning andconstructability reviews for of the EQT Plasma CompressorStation to be built in Clarington, OH.>April - May 2015 -Chief Inspector for the installation of a newAux Cooler at EQT's Hartson Station. This was a very smallproject so we had but 1 welding inspector and 1 electricalinspector that reported to me with all issues needing resolution.>July 2014 to present - Chief Inspector. Managed all inspectionactivities with all of the project inspectors reporting directly to mefor final resolution to all drawing, code or specification issues atthe inspector's level. We oversaw the building of EQT's BlacksvilleStation Expansion in WV. This included two CAT 6000 seriesengines and Ariel Compressors with all infrastructure to includeelectrical and instrumentation.

10.20 13 - March 2014- Project Manager - Venable'sConstruction, LLC. Managed all facets of the installation of 89.3miles of a 12" products line for Plains AAPL.

10.20 12 - 09.20 13- Construction Manager - Alliance Pipeline-

Tioga Compressor Station and Sherwood Regulator Station. Bothsites were in northwest North Dakota through the winter.Managed all activities at both sites to include but not limited toall inspection tasks, schedules, financials, quality and all sub-contractors.

2011 - 2012- Construction/Technical Manager - The ShawGroup - Manage all facets of technical portions of Entergy's EPU

RF18 at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station including but not limited toreview and approval of all heavy lifts and hauls, FARO applicationand all Phased Array UT applications and all welding includingsemi-auto and robotic.2009 - 2010 - Sr. Construction Manager - The Shaw Group -

Manage the work for the construction of twelve super pipingmodules for two new units at the VC Summer Nuclear site.AP1000 Technology. Jenkinsville, SC.

2008- 2009 - Sr. Construction Manager - The Shaw Group -

Manage all facets of a project to assemble 106 Pipe Modules andship to three different FGD sites in Maryland USA. This as onother projects included the management of the constructioninspection activities of up to 20 inspectors for all craft activities.

2005 - 2007 - - Construction Manager- CNRL - Horizon ProjectMain Pipe Rack Module - Managed the fabrication andinstallation of 235 very large modules and all pipelineinstallation, 6 inch through 36 inch in the Oil Sands in NorthernAlberta, Canada. This project had a total installed cost of $10BCA.

2001 to mid 2005 TIC-Steamboat Springs, CO - Project QAManager. Managed the day to day activity, issues resolution to allinspection performed by, at peak, 20 inspectors.

CM - Chief Inspector on numerous OGC projects over theyears. Land based and offshore, domestic andinternationally including numerous pipelines, compressorstations, fuel depots and refineries. On several Exxonprojects I had as many as 103 inspectors reporting directlyto me.
