For each client meeting, executed comprehensive pre-‐FIT interview and physical mobility assessment to comprehend individual user experience. FLEETFEET SPORTS, Baton Rouge, Louisiana (2007 – 2008) MANAGER Recruited from The Bicycle Shop to FleetFeet team by owner before new store was constructed – due to seven years of retail experience and reputation as local cycling FIT specialist – transitioned into role as running retailer, focused on customer centric needs and gait analysis for identifying optimal fit of shoes, sports bras, and apparel. Gained market share in area previously dominated by competitor – carrying identical lines – which had been pillar of community for several years.
