HOUSING REPORT
In December 2013, as compared to December
2012, Unit Sales* continued to rise throughout
the Northeast, with Connecticut, Massachusetts
and Westchester County seeing 13.3%, 7.0%, and
21.1% gains, respectively. Additionally, Months of
Supply continued to fall, with 17.3%, 28.5% and24.9% losses in Connecticut, Massachusetts and
Westchester County, respectively.
*All data is based off of year to date numbers for single-family homes.

is updated on a constant basis as it becomes available from the MLSs. However,
for the ofcial analysis check the site on the 10th of each month. In addition to
the market conditions available, you can view all the recent sales information for
properties in the selected area.
