Priority Actions for Laubach Park include:

1 - Manage stormwater and improve water quality of the spring-fed pond and of Trout Creek; 2 - Relieve overcrowding of athletic fields; 3 - Relocate pavilion, restrooms, and playground to improve access and deter vandalism; 4 - Provide ADA access to all facilities; and 5 - Provide a 0.60 mile perimeter walking path and walking loop pathways.
