Our customers

• We sell our products to end-consumers via a network of distributors

• We have roughly 250 customers and 100 key client relationships

• Some of these go back more than 40 years, & we’re now working with 3rd generation of those businesses

• We mainly trade in the UK, but in the last 3 years we’ve also traded with 12 other countries - from Norway & Sweden to China & South Korea

• We build our business by developing long-term relationships

Recent projects & investments

• Continual CAPEX spend of £1.5-2m per year

• Improved production facilities (including a recent £1m investment in our improving & increasing our production facilities by creating a new ‘flexible’ production line)

• Training initiatives

• Several employees are undertaking qualifications e.g. NVQs, BSC Hons

• Apprenticeships & graduate scheme

• Opened to the public in October 2017

• Decision taken to invest following incredible success of first showground in Scotland (opened 2016)

Investment in CSR – supporting & working with local organisations

Willerbee campaign – raising awareness of the plight of the bumblebee

• 20,000 packets of wildflower seeds distributed UK-wide, providing bee-friendly flowered areas

• 100 handcrafted bee houses (working with HMP Hull) distributed UK-wide to provide bees with a safe haven

• 34 local primary schools educated on bees

Long-standing relationship with Dove House Hospice

• Annual bike ride from Hull to Scarborough

- approx. 60 staff members took part in the 2017 ride & raised £5000

• Overarching strategy - “Good to great to best”

• Brand new website, launched September 2017

• New consumer showground opened in Hull in October 2017

• Relaunch of Willerby Owners Club planned for January 2018

• Lead generation strategy – first of its kind in our industry

• Continued investment in our staff & facilities

• Expanding our ‘luxury leisure lodge’ product offering
