Tournament Format

The tournament will consist of six flights of singles and three flights of doubles. All main draw matches

will be best two out of three full sets (singles and doubles). All first match losers will go into the back

draw (including those with byes). First round main draw wins count 2 points toward each school's team

total; all main draw wins thereafter will count 1 point. Each back draw win will count 1/2 point toward

a school's team total.

Please send team photo in Jpeg format (Submission instructions are included in this pkt.) by April

16th for your picture to be included in the program, even if regionals have not been played. Please

include a list of identifying names in left to right order.

team will not be included in the tournament program.

Hospitality Tent

Hospitality Tent will be in the grassy area on the North side of the Tennis Center. Lunch, drinks, and

snacks will be provided for the coaches only each day.

T-shirts

Team IP is now the official merchandiser for the 2018 NJCAA DI Men's Tennis Championship

Tournament. Team IP will be selling the official tournament apparel with all athletes' names on the

back. Please visit this link to pre-order the official NJCAA DI Men's Tennis Merchandise at

At the event, Team IP will also be selling the two tournament designs as well as other NJCAA

Apparel, such as sweatpants, quarter zip jackets, caps, visors, etc. Stop by the Team IP tent, they will

be there all week!

Athletic Trainer Coverage

Wade Johnson, Collin College’s Head Athletic Trainer will be providing athletic trainer coverage, with

assistance from Baylor Sports Care as needed.
