What does WILIUG do?

Purpose: “WILIUG’s role is to facilitate communication and help create learning opportunities for its members, both online and in-person, on any aspect of the Innovative Interfaces automated library system.”

Function: “The group exists to help members share their experiences, frustrations, ideas, and training materials.”

“To this end, WILIUG members hope to develop professionally and be able to make the best possible use of Innovative products.” [Focus is on Northern IL and SE WI]

This is your group! The Steering Committee does its best trying to achieving our purpose, but your help is also needed.

Spring, 2015 Conference

• Our best pre-conference idea to-date is to have Richard Jackson (from CA) present “Regular Expressions.”

• Your thoughts? (Topics for either a 3-hour preconference session or a 50-minute session)

• ‘Any presenters out there? You may volunteer now!

• Location needed! Conference format, so we need 3-4 breakout rooms, in addition to the main room. Probably an academic library or a really big public/special library. [beg, plead]

• Dates? Best on a Thu-Fri [more begging and pleading]
