Recommendations
Avoid Waiting for Emerging Technology This is the first time known that an interagency team of
subject matter experts (both in technology and business needs) have come to agreement on an approach to a solution.
Approve & Fund Alternative 2 Despite, initial upfront costs, Alt 2 will result in future cost-
savings over Alternative 0 (Current Condition/Status Quo).Recommend suspension of the USDA limitation on
email access via the internet for a quick win.Commitment of Critical Agency Resources a Must
for Success.
