Ingredients
• 2 ½ cups of Milk• Butter • 2 Eggs • 2 cups of self
raising Flour • Lollies • Bananas • Kiwifruit• Whipped Cream
Equipment
• Electric pan
• Measuring cup
• Cup
• Whisker
• Woden spoon
• Spatula
• Bowl
Method:
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients into the bowl.
Step 2
Make a well into the middle of the
bowl.
Step 3
Add 2 eggs into the bowl.
Step 4
Add half the milk into the middle of bowl until
It gets thin.
Step 5
Add butter to the pan.
Step 6
When the butter is bubbling pour the batter to cover the pan.
Step 7
Once the bottom is brown flip the pancakes over the other side.
Step 8
Decorate the pancakes using fruit and cream.
