Works will include:• Installing new appliances and equipment as required. • Reorganising the floor plan to optimise the use of space and improve functionality. • Refurbishing the rear storeroom to be EHO compliant for fridges and dry goods store. Bar ServeryThe bar servery will be updated with a new upper backfitting. Works will include: • Building a new backfitting including new optic rails, a central hotspot for free pour, a wine display and a

brand-new coffee station. • Fitting a new hardwood bar top. • Decorating the space in deep blue and warm brass, with a mixture of wood and leather finishes to create a

welcoming and modern look. Bar AreaThe bar area will be fully refurbished to provide a lively atmosphere for customers to enjoy a quality drink and craft beer. Works will include: • A complete redecoration in line with the pub’s new warm and stylish design.• Laying new feature mix-patterned tile flooring. • Adding pendant lighting and exposed lamps. • Reupholstering the fixed seating bays and loose furniture in leather and mixed patterned fabrics. Lounge Dining AreaThe lounge and raised dining area will be redecorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a trendy twist. Works will include: • Installing new houndstooth patterned carpet to both areas. • Adding bright floral wallpaper to the lounge and painted wood panelling. • Including bric-à-brac, wall décor and jewel-toned pendant lights, giving the space a unique character. Sports BarWith its pool table and dartboard, the sports bar is a key feature of The Wicor Mill. As such, it will undergo a complete redecoration to modernise the space, while keeping its characterful feel. Works will include: • Stripping and repolishing the existing wood parquet flooring. • Redecorating with bookshelf effect wallpaper and painted wood panelling. • Adding large TV screens to enjoy live sports. • Installing a feature display of framed sports shirts, helping to retain the existing character of the sports bar

while elevating it to fit the new contemporary design. • Adding industrial lighting and mixed fabrics to complete the look.Beer GardenThe new beer garden will become a unique asset of the Wicor Mill, attracting families and friends looking for a vibrant and stylish space to enjoy the warmer months, and will make the pub stand out from its competitors. Works will include: • Installing a new wood pergola over an extended patio to create an intimate al fresco dining area.• Building a shelter to house the new BBQ station. • Stripping and restaining the smoking shelter. • Adding new wood and metal outdoor furniture and picnic tables. • Power washing the concrete flooring and adding new paving where needed. • Landscaping the garden with new planters throughout.• Installing festoon lighting over the pergola and across

the garden to create a vibrant atmosphere for customers to enjoy a drink outside.
