Engineering Design
DCE has assembled a dedicated team of
enthusiastic, highly skilled engineers who have the
capability to provide simple supply-only schemes,
basic install or full turnkey solutions.
Our in-house engineering design facility uses the
latest software systems to design your dust or fume
extraction solution and we will ensure the smooth
progression of your project to meet your deadlines.
Maintenance Backup
DCE Total Care offers the services of our skilled maintenance engineers to
take ownership of your site dust and fume collection.
You can choose from two levels of cover:
TOTAL CARE: One visit per annum to test
and provide a full written report on the
condition of your LEV plant with
recommendations.
TOTAL CARE PLUS: Multiple visits per annum
(exact number to be agreed with each
customer). This will include scheduled filter
media changes at agreed set intervals.
Our maintenance team monitor the time between each visit on a customer-
specific database and we will contact you in advance when your next test
date is approaching.
All of our engineers carry a CCNSG passport to safety and have all the
necessary IPAF PAL (powered access licence) and IPAF PAL equivalent cherry
picker/scissor lift licences.
Aftermarket SparesDCE supply spares for most types of industrial
dust collectors. Stocked at our Head Office
warehouse we can ensure quick dispatch to
ensure your filtration equipment is rapidly
restored to working order.

COSHH Regulation 9 is a legal requirement
defined by the UK Health and Safety Executive. It
requires your dust or fume extraction system to
be fully LEV tested every 14 months by a
qualified engineer. DCE's engineers are fully
qualified to carry out this work in accordance
with HSG 258 legislation.
