Xpanxion Methodology
Xpanxion’s methodology, BridgePoint™ is derived from mature and industry-proven software development methodologies including Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and SCRUM. This delivery approach guides Xpanxion’s delivery personnel both in starting up new client relationships and executing delivery for existing clients. Basically, this methodology has evolved into a SCRUM delivery engine, wrapped with specific steps for engaging our clients as a Accessibility Center of Excellence. These steps allow for more predictability and buy-in, as is necessary in such an engagement.

Cross Sourcing
Aside from dramatic cost reduction, productivity and efficiency are the primary benefits Cross Sourcing, but our model also alleviates other issues traditionally experienced among accessibility teams. Cross Sourcing also has excellent flexibility. With our presence in metro, rural and offshore markets, we can easily accommodate your business objectives by adjusting the blend of resources over time based on what makes sense. For example, a green field project may initially need a large amount of on-site involvement, but as the project matures into a maintenance phase, a higher presence of offshore may become more logical. This may also include large fluctuations of resource headcount overtime, and this can all be managed by Xpanxion’s approach. Overall, we truly believe that Cross Sourcing is the best model on the market, and our clients agree.
