can call 911 or your parents. some emergencies to use a cell phone:1. School shootings. 2. Injuries.3. Natural disasters.4. Fires.

How it makes it more enjoyable

When kids have their phones out they will enjoy school way more.

In art class music lets you express yourselves in different ways, so iPods should be allowed.
