THE SMSS AGENCY

Each SMSS agency owns his own exclusive area with the following income potential:

• R995 + VAT for each business that signs up with SMSS

• R139.00 + VAT PER MONTH for every signed up business in his area

• 50% of ad space in the A5 SMSS booklet

Agency pricing: R45 000 – R250 000 (Depending on the area)

Should an Agency be bought for say; R75 000 the Agency needs only to sell to 75 businesses in TOTAL to recover ALL costs. That’s without the sms-income (R0.10 + R1.50 p/sms), monthly income (R139.00 x 75 p/m) and ad space in the A5 booklet. Agency’s potential income is more than R1,000 000 per annum

• Each business pays an initial once-off registration fee of R995 (Ex VAT) of which the Agency receives R995 + Vat

• The agency will earn R0.10 for each sms sent in the exclusive area (Plus different income per sms for other short code numbers: 35002(R3), 36100 (R5), 37002 (R7.50)

• The agency will earn an additional R1.50 per sms sent to be placed in the A5 Sms for smalls booklet (See next slide)
