New fee structure:• We will look after our members by setting fees that reward loyalty

to the scheme by introducing a volume related fee, linked to the total volume of lodgements you have made since joining.

• Fees range from £3.50 and £20 for domestic and commercial EPCs and will remain at £4.50 and £10 for SAP and DECs respectively. Remember, there are no other charges from BRE or Quest for preparing and lodging your EPC.

• More competitive – making the BRE schemes even better value.

• Simplified fee structure – easier to understand, no monthly resetting.

• Rewards loyalty – reducing scale with volume, the more you lodge the better it gets.
