private university. The survey is a mixture of closed-ended and open-ended
questions on popular leisure activities, its contains, and other similar aspects
concerning recreation in NSU, SEU, AIUB. The survey data collection method was
selected because it was most appropriate to collect quantitative data.
Additionally, it allowed the research to collect data quickly, which was important
with limited time. The method was also covenant for the respondents. An
experiment supporting the link between leisure and productivity was also
conducted. The experiment used 6 participants. The answered two sets of 96
basic arithmetic questions. The 6 participants were divided into 2 groups of

three. The first group was asked the two sets of questions without leisure. The
second group was asked the two sets questions with 30 minutes of leisure
(watching television) after the first test. Then the number of wrong answers and
the time it took to finish each test was recorded. This allowed the research to
compare the data among the participants and determine how the leisure
variable impacted the efficiency/ productivity of each of the participants. The
experiment was conducted to add relevance to our research.
The respondents for the survey and the participants of the experiment were both
on the basis of availability. As time is a limitation in this research, a sample
procedure would have taken much longer especially if the selected sample
population declined to participate. Further time would be necessary to replace
the declined sample participants. Thus, the sampling was non-probabilistic
(Convenience sampling) was selected on the basis availability. and is not and is
not of completely random nature.
Limitations:
This report comprises limitations such as:
The lack of time caused the research to compromise precision.
The research was not representative of all socio-economic classes in NSU,
AIUB, SEU.
The study may not be applicable in other areas of NSU, AIUB, SEU.
Business Communication Report
Lightening Stars
The Construction of in the experiment lacked theoretical support.
Lack of experience in the researchers’ part may have negatively impacted
the construction of the questionnaire and other aspects of the research.
Lack of transportation facilities made it difficult to represent all NSU, AIUB,
SEU.
Fund limitation. The researchers are students thus funds are very limited
to support the study.
Difficulty in generalization.
Organization:
This report studies the pattern of recreation of residents of the NSU, SEU, AIUB.
Chapter 1 of this report provides the background of the reports which states
briefly some of the information researchers have collected during literature
review. The objectives of the report are also stated explicitly to facilitate the
overall implementation of the report. Methodologies are stated in order to
provide a clear idea to the readers how the research has been conducted.
However, several limitations are undoubtedly present in this research. Chapter 2
of the report highlights the major findings of the research. Relevance is also
discovered as the research progresses. Tables, graphs and pie charts are served
to facilitate the presentation of the report. Chapter 3 provides the summary of
the finding while chapter 4 contains the recommendations.

CHAPTER II
Findings and Analysis:
Participant
Data were collected from 50 Young Student surveying
with freely interest. The jobs consisted part time position
with the condition of 1 month probationary period. The
applicant are generally Graduate student from overseas
private university in Dhaka like American International
University-Bangladesh, North South University, East West
University and South East University the participant were

with rather more males (n= 40) than females (n= 10).
Overall gender was distributed differently according
applicants.
QuestionnaireA self-administered questionnaire has been chosen for
data collection. It was quiet good and satisfies the goal.
Business Communication Report
Lightening Stars
Socio demographic data are very important to measure
the questionnaire response. Questionnaire survey is a
self-administered.
SamplingIn terms of sampling means population selection those
will involve to take part in the research as a respondent
and should be selected in particular way to avoid the
sampling error. It should be taken through equal
distribution from the specific area population. If the
sampling process has not been done properly the
authenticity are lost of the study, then it come the
question of reliability and validation sampling calculated
the portion of population from the specific area and
every person has an equal chance to be a sample and
the amount are to that those omitted characteristic.
Random Sampling process : Different types of sampling method are used in
random sampling from a big group of or a people.
Every person has been selected through the
opportunity and each person of the entire
population has the same opportunity to be a part
Business Communication Report

of the sample. Random sampling of the
respondents are recommended to the equal
possibility to become a person from the
population might be choice to involve in the
research project.

CONCLUSION:
A healthy movie can ensure healthy environment and entertainment.
Therefore, movie is considered to be one of the most important resources for
every human entertainment. The study has been carried out keeping this basic
consideration in mind where major focus was placed on either Indian or
Bangladeshi movies popular among the young generation, the story of Indian or
Bangladeshi movies are good or not, the technology of the Indian or Bangladeshi
movies are good or not, the Actors and Actresses of Indian or BANGLADESHI
movies are more popular or not and the Indian or Bangladeshi movies are more
qualitative or not. The study showed a vivid scenario on different issues.
The young generation keen on watching the Indian or Bangladeshi
movies. The most important factor found to influence the young people is the
quality, skills, technology, stories etc. Usually people tend to see the Indian
movies rather than the Bangladeshi movies. Therefore, the Bangladeshi movie
contains insufficient qualities, lack of skills and the imbalance of the stories. This
fact is mostly applicable to the people with lower income. But, the higher and
middle-class people in young generation are not much influenced by that kind of
movies.
Business Communication Report
Lightening Stars
The popularity of Indian or Bangladeshi movie is an important part in
the young generation. The research showed that the friends of the same age
group found to be more interested in Indian movies rather than the Bangladeshi
movies. It is because some of the Indian movies contain good stories,
technologies, qualities and skills. But in this case many Bangladeshi movies do
not have any good story, quality, technology and skill etc. The actors or actresses
of the Indian movies are very popular and skillful. That’s a one reason for
popularity of the Indian movies among the young generation.
Finally the research proved that Indian movies are more popular than
the Bangladeshi movies among the young generation. So, Bangladeshi movies
need some good quality, skills and technologies to attract the young generation.
The directors of the Bangladeshi movies needed to be more skillful and they
need to show the real problems in our life and its solution. By that kind of movie
we can learn something new and change the society because movie sometimes
help us by showing something which is educational.
