•Within the last 30 years the classroom has witnessed many changes dealing with technology The main source for these advances is the creation of the computer. Examples of advances include•The projector which is gradually being replaced by the Smart Board•Word processors as well as type writers are now replaced by computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Open Office•Graphing calculators such as the TI series are now required for many high school and college math courses
