WHY CRUNCHES SUCK
Many of us are overweight, but they are stable and some of are smart, but they
are suffering from those problems which are cause by overweight. Every one of us
tries to look smart, but due to busy life, it is very difficult to look smart. The
common problem in our society related to health is the belly fats, which is the
major cause of blood pressure.
There are many exercises to reduce this belly fat, like twister, side dumbles and
aerobics, but most important is crunches. This is one of the exercises, which
reduce belly fats within the days. I do not know, when crunches become the belly
reducing exercise, but it really helps a lot.
In the past, sit-ups were use to reduce the belly fats, but doctors consider that
sit-ups causes many back bone problems with the passage of time, it becomes old
fashion to reduce the belly fats.
Many of us think that, they can easily get 6-pack abs with the help of crunches. It
is just a wrong concept. The reason is that, we can get belly abs, when we reduce
our fats.
The affect of crunches starts when the fats on our belly reduce. Belly fats can be
reducing through running. If we take fat’s containing diet along with our crunches,
it is never possible for us to get 6-pack abs.
Crunches work on the small part of the body; while other exercises work the on
total body. These games help us to gain stamina and other types of dramatic
positive exercise.
Why crunches suck? Dr said that, our back has low flexions. With the passage of
time, our back bone flexions start decreasing. The crunches and other back bone
exercises keep our back bone flexible. When we do crunches, our back bone
flexions become active enough that it may cause pain sometimes, but this
exercise makes our flexion strong with the passage of time.
