Recsite was created with the aim to
transform online recruitment and to
help people realize their potential.
For the last 5 years, we have been
helping companies grow their online
recruitment presence and now with
the introduction of Recsite v2.0, we are
looking to change the way people look
for work forever.
About Recsite
Since we started building recruitment
websites in 2006, our team has worked
closely with clients to enhance their
online recruitment activities. We now offer
recruitment systems and tools built around a
central recruitment website, or Recsite.
Milk, We Deliver
Formerly part of the digital agency Milk,
our first recruitment website was built in
2006 and has now become one of the
most successful in the UK. In 2007, Milk
decided to focus on recruitment websites
as a specialist area, creating and marketing
recruitment websites in IT, Food and
Beverage, Engineering, Business Services
and Education.
By 2008, our clients were becoming
increasingly dependent on their recruitment
websites to grow their businesses, and
Recsite 1.0 was born! By adding back office
systems to websites, clients experienced
increased efficiency and provided more
interactive candidate experiences.
4Social Work now employs 40 people as
the dominant UK social work recruiter, and
is looking to open offices in Australia in 2011.
With the launch of Recsite 2.0 in 2011,
companies can now manage all aspects
of their online recruitment in one central
location.

Job categories
Newly-posted vacancies are categorized
according to location, job sector and job
type. Easily update new categories and
they are updated across your Recsite.
Application method
There are three types of application
method: full registration required, quick
apply and apply by external url.
Choose the best method for the job you are
publishing.
Screening Questions
You can easily add screening questions to
published jobs; these must be answered
correctly for the application to be
processed. This prevents automated and
poor quality applications.
Schedule Publication
When publishing jobs you are able to keep
them un-published until required, you
can also schedule jobs to be published
in future. Jobs can also be assigned to
consultants if being posted by other staff
members adding flexibility to the process.
Job Completion Tracking
When a job has been filled, its status can
be updated and candidate source entered.
This provides crucial data when reviewing
operations and marketing.
Publishing
It’s easy to post jobs on your Recsite: You
can use a text editor to create the job
advert, copy from Word or duplicate a job
and re-post as new.
