Honesty in Pricing Capital Contractors objective is to be clear and accurate in every aspect of our pricing and billing practices. It’s our obligation

to present our clients with a cleaning program based on honesty, integrity, transparency, according to strong business ethics.

We understand our clients all seek different business objectives so we spend the time to specifically design a program with

their site specific needs and budget considerations in mind.

We utilize the most commonly accepted bidding practices that are endorsed by organizations such as ISSA and BOMA to cal-

culate a quote that will allow for a clean and presentable building at all times.

These bidding practices use site-specific production rates that are determined by using the square footage method which

defines the average number of square feet per hour a cleaning technicians can properly clean. Utilizing this method will

ensure our clients receive the most accurate and competitive rates available.

All Capital employees receive our company’s Code of Conduct pledge and certify they understand our policies and will

execute those policies to the best of their ability.

Insurance and Regulatory Compliance

We have you covered Capital shall, at its sole expense, maintain in effect at all times during the term of an Agreement, the following types

and amounts of insurance, by carriers authorized to conduct business in the States they are performing Services,

naming the Company as additional insured on Commercial General Liability and Umbrella Liability policies below:

A. Worker’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability:

i. Worker’s Compensation – Statutory limits;

ii. Employer’s Liability:

a) $1,000,000.00 bodily injury each accident;

b) $1,000,000 bodily injury by disease;

c) $1,000,000 bodily injury disease aggregate

B. Commercial General Liability:

i. $1,000,000.00 each occurrence;

ii. $2,000,000.00 general aggregate;

C. Automobile Liability:

i. $1,000,000.00 combined single limit each accident.

D. Umbrella/Excess Liability:

i. $10,000,000.00 combined single limit and aggregate limit
