A step on from the standard Train the Trainer course, it is perfect for those who have already attended our PTT Train the Trainer course and wish to further develop their skills. It is a two-day ILM accredited course that helps to lead more experienced participants to a higher level.

The course looks at both the structure and content management of excellent training. Advanced skills are explored, including Question Techniques, Reasoning, Anchoring and Emotional Learning. We also look into Advanced Structuring and a number of other superb aspects of well-planned, highly effective training.
