WHY AM I SO SPECIAL?By Oliver B. In light of the new information I have provided a brief timeline to help you follow along:1. November 2008 management engages in systemic records destruction.2. March 2009 I first report allegations to VA OIG.3. June 2009 I first report allegations to Office of Special Counsel (OSC).4. September 2009 I first accuse the VA of medical experimentation.5. January 2011 I report all allegations to Congress.6. March 2011 I am constructively removed from employment.When my employment ended, my partner and I (also African American veteran) moved to Mobile, Alabama. In my opinion it was a very small, quaint and charming community. Even though its the South, I didnt experience any racism of any fashion. In our minds it was considered our home at last. I must add, I felt most comfortable and welcomed. That is until the VA and government came to town.Because of my current civil action against the VA and government( Civil Case 13-6030), I cannot go into great detail. However, I will say that many of the strange, perverted and terrorizing events are very similar to what you will find in the provided authors links.

Within months my partner and I began to experience defamation, threats, stalkings, break-ins and was subjected to violence. Not to mention the government eventually ran me out of business. Eventually, I was forced to leave my home, family, friends and long term relationship. Once I forcibly returned home to California, things have gotten progressively worse. I can say without a doubt that I am and have experienced most if not all of the events within the article.A Targeted Individual an increasing amount of U.S. citizens are being targeted for U.S. state-sponsored terror. As excerpted from the article Most Targeted Individuals report that friends and even family members begin treating the target differently, as though mentally ill or dangerous. Some of these family members have reported to the Examiner that they were secretly contacted by law enforcement, threatened to keep the contact secret, and told lies about their loved one. The average person perceives and treats the target with less respect or understanding of the state-sponsored crime against them - all due to "official" lies to discredit and isolate the target, making it easier to further persecute him or her since no support or protection exists.This is and has happened to both my partner and myself. Both our families and friends have turned their backs against us. We have been torn apart from eachother and we were even told by VA officials to move on and forget about eachother. As a matter of fact, Ive relocated to a homeless shelter for my familys safety and the government has even moved in to the shelter with me. So this makes sense. The VA and government have attacked my partner and I, isolated us from eachother and society in general, in an effort to discredit me in the event the truth should ever come out. Based on the current news media about the VA, I think it is only a matter of time before my whistleblower story surfaces nationally.On my blog and in my civil suit, there is a VA official who states you know what I dont know, I dont see how it could because they keep dragging it out, they keep pulling you in, I mean theyre not letting you go Why pull you in unless they wanna pull you in to get rid of you because you knew it but then if its all put out in public so what? Why hurt you? Why get rid of you? Its gonna be known anyway.Its been over a year, since I created that blog. Ive written to several members of Congress, to include several Human Rights groups, the DOJ and have yet to receive a response from anyone.As I write, I received an order from the U.S. District Court Judge who said she would review my amended complaint when she gets ready. They are just dragging this out.Most recently, I discovered that while in Alabama the government subjected me to a forced implant of microchip. Yes, it sounds un-real and farfetched, but I have proof and as of Monday, April 14, 2014 I am requesting an immediate order from the judge presiding over my lawsuit for an immediate cease and desist. Please read the attached article. This is happening to us here in America. And the biggest user of the RFID and Microchip is none other than the DoD and VA.Years after I blew the whistle and everyone said it wasnt true. The VA and our government has engaged in a systemic, demonic, deprivational and carefully orchestrated event just to foot stalk me, place me under 24/7 surveillance, threaten and ruin the lives of my partner, family and friends.
