What Is Happening in Chief’s NS1 Class? Currently, all the NS1 cadets in Chief Rodrigues’s classes are learning skills to advance to C/PO3, which is the goal and requirement for NS1 cadets to be successful in the NJROTC program. As of December 2017, majority of the NS1 cadets have advanced to either C/SA or C/ SN (See the graphs below). Those who are lagging behind should make every effort and use every training resource available to catch up in the remain- ing month of January.
