Who we are
Sargon Invest srl is an engineering company based in
Bucharest
(RO). The company is specialized in offering a large range
of
integrated engineering solutions, from the draft of idea to
development and realization of the final product. To cover
all
production processes, the company is structured in three main
R&D
sectors: Software Design, Hardware Design and Production
Facility.
R&D performs also activities in advanced electronic field,
particularly
in the hardware and software development.
Sargon is involved in various projects of the industrial
automation
systems. Due to its research activity vocation, it has
highly-qualified
professionals, with expertise in different disciplines that work
to
develop top-level technologies. Sargon has the following
skills: integrated engineering skills, embedded software design
skills
as well as high level design software skills.
We design and manufacture custom industrial test systems, based
on

Automotive Light Test Stand
- Automated functional and endurance testing of automotive
headlights and lamps;
- Programmable sequences for switching on / off and flashing
light bulbs, with the possibility of saving and reuse test
sequences - there is no limit of complexity and duration of test
programs;
- 6-8 power channels (max 30V, 15A / channel) with independent
adjustment of voltage and blinking sequences;
- Independent measuring and recording of the voltage and the
current for each power channel;
- Up to 16 thermocouple channels (thermocouples can be placed in
the optical blocks);
- Visual Interface for defining sequences, automatic generation
of graphs and test reports, calibration.
Lifetime Tester SLTS-AC
- Automated endurance testing of AC Powered industrial lamps for
interior/exterior use;
- Programmable sequences for switching on / off, saving and
reuse test sequences - there is no limit of complexity and duration
of test programs;
- 8 power channels (max 270Vac, 4A / channel) with independent
adjustment of voltage and lighting sequences;
- 16 independent measuring channels for voltage / current
recording during test;
- Programable temperature sequence during test (+20°C ÷ +80°C
SetPoint range), superior temperature stability and homogenity
(forced air circulation).
Automotive fuel pump function tester
- Automated tester for car fuel supply units validation and
certification;
- Multiple programmable tests, simulating all working conditions
of the device on a car;
- Multiple parameters measuring and recording in test: flow
rates, pressures, temperatures, voltages, currents;
- ATEX rated equipment; pneumatic drive actuators (nitrogen),

- Nozzles swinging frame with tilting mechanism (motor + speed
reducer + rotation control circuit: angular amplitude, angular
velocity, direction change);

programmed cycle, data acquisition during test and generation of

Durability tester for fuel supply units for automotive
- Durability testing system for fuel supply units onboard
cars.
- 6 units can be tested simultaneously on tests up to 10.000
hours long.
- Different fuels or fuel mix may be used (gasoline, diesel,
alcohols); ATEX compliance equipment.
- Complex temperature profiles can be set during the test within
-40 oC to +120 oC interval.
