What is Butter? When whole milk is spun in a separator, it will separate into skim milk and cream. Most of the proteins, milk sugar (lactose) and water will be in the skim milk; and most of the milk fat makes up the cream. Shake, beat, or churn the cream and you'll soon have butter and a little buttermilk. Butter is pure, natural choice for spreading or cooking.

What is spreadable butter? Spreadable butters and light butter is a blend of butter with vegetable fats, to make a spread that tastes like butter, yet is soft and easy to spread straight from the refrigerator. Spreadable butter is intended for direct consumption and for cooking, and also can be used in production.

Hard cheese “Gouda” was called in honour of small city Gouda in Holland, where this cheese has been manufactured since 16 century. Cheese “Gouda” has moderate expressed cheese taste and flavour – from sweet to spicy. The paste is flexible, similar mass, slightly crispy on the bend. A picture looks like little round meshes.

Hard cheese “Edam” is manufactured only of natural pasteurized milk. Has expressed cheesy , slightly spicy taste and pleasant flavor. The paste is flexible, has similar mass, with little rare meshes. The cheese fits good for snack, breakfast and preparation of various salads, suits harmoniously to white wine.
