Who We Are

We are a 100% Italian company, passionate, full of knowledge and ambitious, we are supplying our products to oil, gas, naval and chemical industries. Our history goes back to 1990 when we started our long carrier journey and over the years we went through several changes. We started in January of 2011 when our partnership with some European leading manufacturing companies allowed us to create DFL ITALIA SRL and the production of ALU-BRONZE BALL VALVES and ALU-BRONZE DUAL PLATE CHECK VALVES. Last but not least, in march 2014, we finalized our growth developing our range of products : we started manufacturing DUAL PLATE CHECK VALVES in carbon and alloy steel from class ANSI 150 to class ANSI 2500

How we do it

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT Using the latest 3D CAE techniques DFL products are modeled and analyzed to

ensure optimum up front design. DFL has fully integrated 3D CAD, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) capabilities.

CASTINGS

DFL Castings come only from approval European Foundry

MACHINING An complete range of CNC Machining Centers, Turning Center

INSPECTION & TESTING Positive Material Identification (PMI)

Dye Penetrant test

DFL has the ability to hydrostatically and pneumatically test a wide range of wafer and flanged type valves. With recent investment, a bespoke pressure test rig has been added to the existing test facilities, the unit 45O TON is capable of testing valves from DN050 (2") Class 2500 to DN600 (24") Class 150.

CERTIFICATIONS All DFL valves are designed, produced and certified by the most widely accepted

international standards. Our total quality control system is designed to assure that every step from material procurement through machining, assembly, testing and packaging meet our main goal - Always exceeding the expectations of our customers.
