HDM3D - Unisciti alla RivoluzioneHDM3D - JOIN THE REVOLUTION

We are SO proud of the amazing work we have done , really a lot, BUT..... the only way to be sure was to work even harder in the LAB to check the new medias also against our OWN filters!!

Our new HDM3D Matrix is fomi-dable, and we are so crazy about it, obviusoly! We are extremely happy that our Lab test has con-firmed our new design results and the great job we have done.We have used the contamination from a fuel filter with more than 50.000 km coming from a burned fuel pump, we back-flushedit with fresh petrol mixedwith injector cleaner, then used half mix through our famous Expedition 15 microns and half through therevolutionary HDM3D withamazing results.

Our Expedition media is far better than any other fuel filter media/system on the market, but with our on going research to design a fast refueling matrix matching our 3D NEXT 10 microns MEDIA (and, we hope, in the future to out-match our incredible 3D NEXT HBR 0 microns) could not be abandoned !!! In the above pictures you can see the build-up of particles in both medias, Expedition 15 microns (left) and the newest HDM3D Matrix (right).The difference is fantastic, and the more our HDM3D will "work" the more it will segregate contaminants, we designed our matrix just to do so, DON'T WASH them, let them WORK :)

Oh, we have forgotten about the water separation, well... obviously it was completely separated from fuel at first pass from our Acquastop Media.

Siamo veramente molto orgogliosi del lavoro che abbiamo svolto, davvero tanto, MA... l'unico modo di esserne certi era di lavorare intensamente anche in laboratorio testando "contro" i nostri stessi filtri !!!

Le nuove matrici sono fenome-nali, ok, io ne sono entusiasta, ovvio, ma i test in laboratorio hanno confermato i nostri desi-gn e il fantastico lavoro svolto.Utilizzando benzina contamina-ta proveniente da un filtro con 50.000 km talmente saturo da aver anche distrutto la pompa benzina, prefiltrandoo il tutto a 28 micron per non avere dei risultati falsati da particolato

"grossolano" , abbiamo testato l'efficacia sia del-le nostre membrane Expedition 15 micron che le nuovissime HDM3D con dei risultati a dir poco

fenomenali.

La nostra matrice Expedi-tion 15 micron e' superiore a qualunque matrice o filtro presente sul mercato per la filtrazione dei carburanti, ma la nostra ricerca continua per raggiungere i risultati dei NEXT HBR 10 micron e in fu-turo i NEXT HBR 0 micron, non poteva essere abbandonata, e ora la HDM3D ha finalmente coronato i nostri sforzi.In foto potete notare la dif-

ferenza di "accumulo" nel filtro con la membrana Expedition 15 micron (sx) paragonato alla nuovissi-ma matrice HDM3D (dx) . La differenza e' incredibile, e piu' il filtro "lavora", come in tutte le nostre matri-ci, piu' aumentera' la sua capacita' di intrappolare contaminanti sempre piu' piccoli.

E l'acqua? quella era gia' stata COMPLETAMENTE ELI-MINATA al primo passaggio dalle nostre membrane Acquastop ovviamente.
