· Strucon consulting Private Limited was incepted in the year 2003 with a view to provide world-class

consultancy in engineering to industrial sectors, primarily the cement, Power, Steel and the oil & gas sector.

· Strucon started with a very modest strength of only 2 engineers and 5 detailers. Since inception,

Strucon has executed numerous structural design and detailing assignments for most of the major

prestigious Power plants, Cement plants, Material handling plants, steel plants and other heavy industrial

projects either directly or through the major contracting and EPC companies.

· Strucon as on date today comprises more than 100 professionals. The team comprises of

senior/junior structural engineers, detailers, checkers/QC personals , Project and department heads. The

minimum qualification for the detailers are Diploma in civil/mechanical engineering while the other categories

call for a minimum qualification B.Tech / M.Tech.

· Each and every Strucon professional is carefully reviewed, selected and nurtured over a period of

time so that He/She can provide the highest levels of professional service coupled with excellent productivity.

Regular training programs are conducted and carefully imparted to the employees to keep them abreast with

the ever changing codes and procedures in the software's to help attain faster productivity. They get hands-on

Civil and structural engineering is the main area of operation of SCPL. The business of SCPL embeds all work segment

in all kinds of civil engineering, such as civil/ structural engineering, dynamic analysis , consultation and project

management.

SCPL primary focus is set on the engineering of cement plant structures like Pre-heater tower, Kiln, Cooler house,

Cement mill building, Bag house, Raw meal blending silo, clinker silo, Cement silo, packing plant, wagon loading and all

kind of machine foundations like mill foundation, kiln foundation and fan foundations. Also civil/ structural services for all

non plant buildings like Admin Building, CCR, Canteen etc…

SCPL is also set on the civil structural engineering of captive power plant structures like TG building, Boiler foundation,

ESP Building, Cooling tower, Chimney, and all non plant buildings.

SCPL is set on the engineering material handling structures like conveyor galleries, trestles, transfer towers and crusher

houses.

SCPL is also set on the civil/ structural engineering of structures of all other industries like Pre engineered buildings in

ware houses and bulk storages, coke oven, by product area of steel plants and all commercial and institutional

buildings.

Strucon is fully equipped with industry matching infrastructure and highly talented and dedicated team of engineers and

designers. Our team is under guidance of our technical director who have 25 years of experience in cement industry and

our advisor who have 40 years of excellent experience in cement and other general industries.

SCPL proud to offer most comprehensive and competent full service solution including steel detailing for steel

structures and bar bending schedule for RCC structures. Our practice of 3D modeling using Tekla Structures for all

complicated steel buildings helps our clients to reduce chances of miss maching and clashes and also helps to avail

actual quantities for procurement and execution.

Due to EPC contract , contractor may under design the structures to reduce the quantities/cost of the construction which

will effect the performance of machineries and plant. So that clients has to hire an experienced consultant to review the

design and drawings of the supplier, so that all structures comply with the relevant codes. As SCPL is a well established

civil and structural consultancy we have a good capability to do the review engineering of all kind of structures in cement

industry.

As per today's requirement clients are willing to award their complete project to the main suppliers as an EPC. Contract.

For economic and adequate construction, all structures has to be preliminary designed for bidding purpose. As SCPL

has a large data base of various executed project and has an experienced team of engineers and estimaters, SCPL can

perform prebid engineering in civil structural engineering with a guaranty of minimum variation. SCPL has good

knowledge of all equipments and machineries of cement industry which will help to prepare an exact prebid design and

estimate.

SCPL is having extensive experience in the area of fabrication drawings for all heavy industries like Petro chemical

refineries, Power plants, Cement plants, steel plants, material handling projects, Pre engineered buildings and all other

industrial structures.

SCPL successfully executed in last 7 years, fabrication drawings of 6 lac MT of steel structures for various prestigious

projects in india and abroad. SCPL is having a capacity of 10000 MT of structural steel detailing in every month. SCPL is

confident to take any challenge assignments in steel detailing in account of complexity, quantum or schedule with our

team of 70 talented resources.

As SCPL is an engineering based company, our in house team is well equipped with softwares and experience for

connection design using latest Indian and international standards and codes (AISC, BS, Euro codes). As SCPL is doing

lot of international projects in detailing, our team is very much aware of schedule and quality which is very important for

international projects.

The extensive experience and knowledge of our detailing team in all Indian and international standards , (IS codes, BS

codes, AISC and Euro codes), experience in Imperial and metric unit systems, Experience in detailing using all kind of

sections ( Indian, British, American, Chinese etc..) helps our clients to avail a single point solution of their all Steel

detailing requirements.

SCPL have Fully trained, talented team of 70 professional fully dedicated for steel detailing under 5 project managers

with more than 15 years experience and 13 checkers with 3 to 15 years of experience. Basic qualification of 3 year civil/
