1. Quest: Who and what are the United Nuwaupian Nation worldwide, their land, and their nationals headed by President Dr. Malachi Z. K. York? Answer: The United Nuwaupian nation is a retained sovereign government aggregate of sovereign indigenous dark-skinned wholly haired Native Americans and mixed Africans in America; our nation existed in the southeastern area known then as the Muschogee Creek, Yamassee nation, from the 1600’s on up until the forced colonialism of foreign invaders settled upon our territory in North America, in the same manner as the colonialism on the African continent. The settling foreign European powers (13 colonies) settled in our territories in the southeastern area and forced our nation of Muschogee tribes north, east and west, and to the islands of the Caribbean, we became falsely known overtime as just Black, Moors, Hebrews, Black Jews, NOI, Israelite, Jamaicans Trinidadians, Barbadians etc.… our true nationality on record is ‘Muscogee Creek and Yamassee tribes of native Nuwaupians. Our Nuwaupian nations government and president is none other than Dr. Malachi Z. K. York, a man now being tortured in prison, and health neglected for 15 years, 25 years ago he was elected unanimously as president on indigenous territory at our nations capital on June 6th 1992. On May 8th 2002 he was kidnapped and the torture began, because of what he represents as a retained sovereign head of state, Dr. Malachi Z. K. York represents the freedom from the tyranny, abuse, injustices, discrimination, inter alia centuries of abuse against our nation. We as a ‘People’ scattered nation of Nuwaupians worldwide of which you are apart of, have the inalienable right to have our constitutionally seated president in his seat, protecting and governing his people under the authority of the people whom invested that authority in him resulting in his election. 2. Quest: Do I have a right to vote for my President Dr. Malachi Z. K. York under a democratic process in 2016-2017? Answer: Your vote is your right! It is a fact that your right to vote can be exercised without outside interference of any other government, nation or state including the United States, and is protected under international law, especially for colonial peoples with territories such as ourselves the United Nuwaupian Tribes…Lets read! “Free association should be the result of a free and voluntary choice by the peoples of the territory concerned expressed through informed and democratic process. It should be one, which respects the individuality and the cultural characteristics of the territory and its peoples of the territory which is associated with an independent State the freedom to

Quest: What does my vote mean to the United Nuwaupian government and my nation? Our constitutionally seated retained sovereign head of state Dr. Malachi Z. K. York by blood right ‘jus sanquinis’ and ‘Treaty Law’ the highest law of the land 3 (not government), has by natural nature exclusive and original rights to the soil and jurisdiction of the southeastern Mississippi Muschogee Nuwaupian territory all 65 million acres of land known today by what the colonial settlers called Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia, known then as the Muschogee Creek nation, your very own nation! York exercised to move his nations tribal peoples back to their very owned territories, to build our very own United Nuwaupian nation known as (Egipt of the West) exercising the right to ‘self determination’, ‘self-government’ and ‘jurisdictional control’ over our nations territories soil, with rights to govern ourselves, protect our existence, and live, for and by each other on our lands, under our national laws, these rights are also protected under these international laws forth coming, Declaration of the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples5 in part, Convinced that all peoples have an inalienable right to complete freedom, the exercise of their sovereignty and the integrity of their national territory. 4. All armed action or repressive measures of all kinds directed against dependent peoples and freely their right to complete independence and the integrity of their national territory shall be respected.

6. Any attempt aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and the territorial integrity of a country is incompatible with the purposed and principal of the Charter of the United Nations.

Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples6 Concerned that indigenous peoples have suffered from historic injustices as a result of, inter alia, their colonization and dispossession of their lands, territories and resources, thus preventing them from exercising, in particular, their right to development in accordance with their own needs and interests, Article 9,

Indigenous peoples and individuals have the right to belong to an indigenous community or nation, in accordance with the traditions and customs of the community or nation concerned. No discrimination of any kind may arise from the exercise of such a right.
