March 9, 2012Welcome to Spring Fest

7:00 – 8:00 PM

1. Take a walk around the gym and look at the many exciting items being raffled off AND the silent auction items.

2. Purchase your raffle tickets either with cash or check payable to Post Road PTA

3. For the Raffle prizes : Place your tickets in the banks of the prizes that interest you. (Important: Please remember to retain one copy of each ticket in order to claim your prize.)

4. For the Silent Auction items : Place your name on any of the bidding sheets and a bid amount. Each bidding sheet specifies the minimum bid and the required increments for subsequent bids. Winners will be required to pay for their prize at the end of the evening. If they do not, then the next closest bidder will win the prize.

That’s it…now go help yourself to some refreshments at the bake sale,mingle with friends, have a seat, and

keep your fingers crossed!

The raffle drawings begin for the grownups. And the movie will start in the theater for the kids!

You do not need to be present to win raffle items. Please make sure to include your name and phone number on the back of any ticket stubs.

You must be present to win Silent Auction items.

Obviously, the more money you put in, the more chances you have to win.

Mexico Hotel Package: The vacation includes accommodations for five days and four Premier Cancunnights at either the Laguna Suites Golf or the Ocean Spa Hotel for a family of four Vacations(2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 12). The hotels can be previewed at www.lagunasuites.com.mx or www.oceanspahotel.com. There are no blackout dates and recipients can travel anytime during the next 18 months beginning January 20, 2012. The recipients can select the property but is based on availability on the dates they wish to travel. The certificate also includes "Stay at One, Play at Four". Recipients staying at either of the 2 resorts can also enjoy amenities at all four of their resorts in Cancun: Royal Sunset, Sunset Lagoon, Laguna Suites Golf and Spa and the Ocean Spa Hotel.
