    Launched in 2013 with 26 girls, theReal G.I.R.L.S. Academy seeks tofoster leadership, poise, socialskills, and academic excellenceamong 5th and 6th grade girls. TheAcademy also encourages parentsto be involved in their childrensdevelopment.
