INSTALLATION REPORT

Installation Report will give you the information of Pending Installation of the Sold Products with preferred Sales Person Name, if you want to change the sales person on the fly, means from the same report, you can change the sales person name by pressing the button called Installation details F5.After Pressing F5, the report will execute in alteration Mode, only Installation Person will be allowed to modify with the help of drop down list as shown in below screen shots

DELIVERY REPORT

(Delivery Report will give you the information of the Product yet to be delivered)

The above mentioned screen shots gives the information of the product delivery pending details wherein we have raised the invoice, but product is yet to be delivered for a particular invoice no, invoice date, to whom the product is sold and the status of delivery.Basically Tally close the undelivered report with the help of Delivery Note raised against that Invoice No, Physically, where as if the user wants to close the pending Delivery Report in One short, then it is really painful work in default Tally.ERP9

Application.But here you will find additional button introduced Called Delivery Details F5 which will help you to close the un delivered product details.

Delivery Report will give you the information of all the Product details which is been delivered along with the invoice no invoice date, party name and the status of deliver along with delivery person name.

AUTHORIZE VOUCHERSAuthorize Voucher Report will give the information of all the pending

Vouchers which has to be authorized by an authorized person, unless the voucher is not authorized the status of the voucher will show as a pending.

You will find an additional button is introduced in the Screen called F5 Authorization.

As soon as you press F5 Authorisation the Authorise Voucher will execute in an alteration mode with the drop down list of Status which will allow you to select the Status, once it is authorized then that particular voucher will be knocked off from the Authorised Voucher Screen

ITEM CUSTOMER ADDRESSItem Customer Address Report will give you the complete communication

details of the customer in a stock Item Wise for whom the product has been Sold, along with Invoice No, Invoice Date, No of Pieces and Address.

SALES MAN REPORT

Sales Man wise will give you the summary details ie. The transaction done through the sales man. Basically this report will help you to get the information of a Total commission calculation for a all the sales man, when you trigger the report from the MIS Report Menu, then the sales man report will provide you the information all the sales man details and if you want to know for a particular Sales Man then you will find a separate Button Called F4 Change as show in the below screen shots.

As soon as you press the F4 Button to change the sales Man or Filter particular sales Man Report then it will give you the List of Sales Man Name in the Drop down List as shown in the below screen shots.

Once you select the Sales Man from the Drop down list, it will filter the details of the particular sales man and report will be displayed with the filtered sales man name as show in Above screen shots.

Exchange Report will give you the information of the product exchange details along with the Product Name, Customer Name, Voucher No, Voucher Date, Description of the Item, No of Pieces exchange, Rate of exchange, and the Amount.
